It is a confectionery shop attached to the studio. Saw Mountain Baumkuchen is famous, but there are many other delicious sweets that seem to be developed one after another. I often eat Baum sticks, blended with two types of cream cheese and sandwiched with Baumkuchen. This time, I bought a deeply burned cheese baum as a souvenir and it was very popular.
